Model withdrawal form

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and you bought Nisatsu Pro on our website, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get a full refund, as our Terms of Service (section 4) say. If your subscription started with a free trial, the 14 days start when the trial converts and you are first charged.

Using this form is optional. An email to contact@nisatsu.com that says you want to withdraw, sent within the 14 days, is enough. This is the standard form the EU and UK rules ask us to provide, so you can use it if you prefer.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund processes; request them there.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Email this form opens your mail app with the form filled in and addressed to contact@nisatsu.com. Nothing is sent until you press send.

We refund the full amount to the card you paid with within 14 days of your request, and Pro ends when the refund is issued. You do not need to give a reason. None of this limits your other rights under local law.
